https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMPE7l31VEk I love this lady…..this will uplift you if your feeling down. “community = immunity” her great quote.
This is my latest discovery, and I have to tell you I’m VERY excited about it, it’s called The Superman Diet, however its mostly about detoxing and vastly improving your mind, body, sex life and really just about seeing clearly and having massive amounts of energy. A must read. I feel that in creating, maintaining or reclaiming our health, we need to first start with our biochemistry. This guy is BIG on suppositories, he’s very humorous and down to earth, start with this article: http://thesupermandiet.com/detox/ and then this: http://thesupermandiet.com/detox-2/
I love this man, his outlook is beautiful. These talks I’ve linked below really remind you why we are here and what we need to be doing to live our lives completely and fully.
From Wiki: Chopra argues that everything that happens in the mind and brain is physically represented elsewhere in the body, with mental states (thoughts, feelings, perceptions and memories) directly influencing physiology by means of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin. He has stated, “Your mind, your body and your consciousness – which is your spirit – and your social interactions, your personal relationships, your environment, how you deal with the environment, and your biology are all inextricably woven into a single process … By influencing one, you influence everything.”
This man is intriguing and his views have changed the paradigm from which I view the world. I’m still exploring this myself, so I’ll keep you posted on my progress. For many years now I’ve felt there must be an easier way to bypass our conscious mind and reprogram our subconscious limiting thoughts…
This talk in particular is very enlightening and will resonate with anybody who has been trying to make major changes in themselves but cannot seem to sustain those changes and desires to improve and achieve the goals they’re passionate about….
I’m putting this talk at the top because I think it has the key to real, authentic, permanent rewiring of the brain via a process called Psych-K. Please see the link below for more information. The site is nothing much to look at but remember the old Chinese saying, there is many a good man to be found under a shabby hat…

The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us
An oldie but a goodie, this really does demonstrate that humans are driven by much more than monetary reward. We need a sense of purpose.
Ah Bruce. My personal hero. If you care about community and you care about children, this video is a must see. Leading the way in the field of developmental trauma Bruce delivers his content in real and understandable way. This unassuming man is literally changing the outcome for millions of children suffering from developmental trauma.
In this talk below, Bruce explores developmental trauma and it’s effects throughout adulthood. He also mentions how we have invented ourselves into a technological dilemma whereby we are being disrespectful towards our biology. Highly recommend this talk:
You ARE the PLACEBO, I have listened to Joe Dispenza’s talks literally hundreds of times in my car, and I always learn something new. Joe says he explains everything to his elderly Italian mother and if she gets it, everyone else will. He’s smart but easy to digest and he will change the way you think about living your life.
If there is one man who has influenced the way I live and think its this man Stuart Wilde. He approaches life with a fabulous sense of humour as well as amazing insight and wisdom. This particular link is to a talk is called ‘Infinite Self – 33 steps to reclaiming your inner power’, if you listen to this you will come away a different person. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
